Set in the heritage conservation estate of Tiong Bahru, Singapore. Inspiration was drawn from the conserved pre-war buildings, characteristic of their Art Deco influence, in our materials selection and details design. 

Conceptualised as a luxurious caravanserai for the owner, the apartment designed with two main areas, is both a resting and entertainment space for those days away from the road.

The main living and entertainment area steps down onto a terrace which connects the interior to the wider urbanscape of the estate. It also has its own pull-down queen bed hidden behind the TV console for other travelers seeking refuge.

To the rear of the apartment, through a large sliding wall panel, is a private and intimate resting space connected to a luxurious walk-in dressing area with a stainless steel clad shower.
